We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. Bookings are essential.

Weekend and public holiday appointments are unavailable.

 You will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of making a booking.

It is important to read this email and fill out any forms prior to your appointment time.

If you do not receive this email please call the clinic.

Cancellation Policy: Our time is valuable and we often have patients calling us for urgent appointments. We respectfully ask you to give us more than 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment or you want to reschedule to a different time. There is no fee if you have given more than 24 hours notice. If its within 24 hours the fee is 50% of the cost of the appointment. A no show or a cancellation within 1 hour before the appointment will incur a 100% of the cost of the appointment.

BEFORE COMING FOR AN EAR WAX REMOVAL APPOINTMENT: We strongly advise you to use 1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil (olive or any other type of mild vegetable oil like canola) prior to your/your child's Ear Wax Removal appointment. Lie on one side for 15 minutes before tipping out any excess oil and repeating for the other ear. This will greatly reduce the need for a follow up appointment and make the process as comfortable as possible. Do not use if there is a known perforation/hole in your ears.

 

IF YOU ARE BOOKING A CHILD IN TO SEE US, KINDLY BOOK FOR THE CHILD'S DEVELOPMENTAL AGE: The VRA test is for 6 months to 2 years and 11 months and can only be made by calling us on (09)217-6944. The PLAY test is for 3–4 year olds. A child diagnostic test is for ages 5-17 year olds. If your child is 4 years and 11 months, please book for a PLAY and not a child diagnostic test. If your child is 2 years and 11 months, please call to book in for a VRA assessment. If you are unsure of your child's behavioural development compared to their peers or have any questions, we would love to speak over the phone to help guide you in booking the appropriate appointment.
